Before enjoying our premium services, please review these terms. They ensure transparency and a positive experience for both you, our valued client, and Face - Permanent Makeup & Aesthetics. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms outlined herein. Our commitment is to provide you with the highest quality permanent makeup and aesthetic services, and these terms aim to clarify expectations, protect both parties, and establish a foundation for a positive and enjoyable experience.

1. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure an appointment - this can be paid via the online booking system or via bank transfer or a payment link if you have not booked via the website. This amount is redeemable against the total cost of the treatment.

2. Should you require a change of appointment, 7 days notice is required or your booking fee will be lost. A request to change the date of your appointment must be given in writing.

3. We allow the transfer of booking fees once per appointment provided the specified notice has been given. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in your booking fee being lost and a new booking fee required for any future appointments.

4. If you cancel your appointment with 24 hours’ notice or less, you may be required to pay up to the full balance of your appointment. Failure to do this may result in you being refused any further appointments.

If you then require to make a new booking, the full booking fee will again be required.

5. As with new bookings, 7 days’ notice is also required to move any free touch up appointment. If the specified notice is not given, an additional £50 booking fee will be required in full before you can be rebook. The free touch up can be moved once, and if it is rescheduled outside of the 12 week time period given, you will be charged at the approporiate Colour Boost rate.

6. Whilst a third session is rare, it can occasionally be required for oilier skin types, those with blood disorders (occasionally including anaemia), or those taking certain medications. Additional sessions are charged at £50 per session.

7. Colour boost appointments are for a single session and do not include a free touch up. If the treatment is changed at your colour boost appointment e.g. from hair strokes to combination, you may require an additional session which will incur a £50 charge.

8. Under no circumstances would a refund of any kind be considered; please ensure you fully understand the permanence of permanent makeup treatments and that some aesthetic treatments cannot be reversed once completed. Ensure you have asked adequate questions and are certain about having the treatment before booking an appointment.

9. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled, and your booking fee will be lost. This is to avoid the knock-on effect lateness has on clients booked in the same day.

10. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a free touch-up, your appointment will be cancelled, and a £50 booking fee will be required for you to rebook.

11. Payments are required in full at the end of the treatment, before you leave. Finance options are available, but must be discussed and in place prior to your appointment.

12. Please come alone to your appointment. Due to our salon insurance and the nature of treatments carried out on the premises, under 18’s are not permitted on site. Please ensure you have adequate childcare before booking. There are no exceptions.

13. Permanent makeup is not the same as traditional makeup, which sits on the surface of the skin - and therefore appears bolder and may be more vibrant in colour. Once healed, permanent makeup lies under the surface of the skin, causing the results to appear softer and lighter than they may appear immediately after your treatment.

13. Results always vary dependant on your facial anatomy and skin type. You will be advised on the most suitable treatment options for your anatomy andskin type, which will give the best results, with most longevity. Please ensure you have reviewed the many examples of my work shown on Instagram and Facebook before booking.

14. It is your responsibility to follow all pre- and post-treatment advice. Failure to do so may affect your healed result, which may then result in additional sessions being required.
